Principal
Ashley Reid, CPA
Ashley Reid is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant who has lived and worked in the Region of Waterloo for 20+ years. She has gained diverse professional experience working for publicly traded corporations, government entities, charitable organizations and accounting firms. Throughout her career she has maintained a passion for helping entrepreneurs gain control of their finances.
Having lived abroad and traveled to 40+ countries on 5 continents she is acutely aware that money is what makes the world go round. As such she enjoys teaching others financial independence through financial literacy. She often acts as a quiet activist, with a financial focus for community development through social, environmental and governance change.
Ashley currently sits as the Chair of the Audit committee on the Board of Directors for the Ontario SolarShare Cooperative.
Staff Accountants
Steve Collens
Steve Collens is a Graduate from the Business Administration - Accounting program at Conestoga College. He has worked in accounting since 1987, including 7 years at Collens & Wright LLP before transitioning to Ashley Reid CPA Professional Corporation. He is QuickBooks™ ProAdvisor Certified, proficient in Sage Simply and has experience processing T1 & T2 returns for 30+ years. He enjoys working on complex personal tax files and working with entrepreneurs on their full cycle books.

Adam Lawson
Adam is a Conestoga Collage graduate. He is QuickBooks™ ProAdvisor Certified and has experience in full cycle accounting for small businesses. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and spending time with family.
